It is likely that you’ve seen the Monstera Deliciosa on pencil cases or wallpapers, as it is one of the most popular and timeless indoor plants. Monsteras are well loved for good reason - their fenestrated foliage creates a unique and artistic look. This plant is a statement in any room, transforming your space into something out of a jungle as well as something out of your Pinterest board!
Monsteras are super easy to care for, so here are some care tips to ensure your Monstera thrives at home!

Sun
The monstera thrives in bright indirect light. The more light they receive, the more
fenestrations (leaf-holes) will appear. Keep them away from harsh direct sunlight.
Water
Allow the top of the soil to dry out between waterings, roughly every 1-2 weeks. In the warmer months, you can water your monstera weekly. You can also mist your its aerial roots to promote growth.
Repotting
Repot every two to three years. Ensure you prune back lower leaves if they are turning yellow or brown. To create a more tidy, upright look, add a totem to support the plant.
